Refund Policy

This document is provided in English and Chinese. The English version is authoritative; in the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version governs.

Your payment covers three things: your physician's clinical assessment, your medication, and delivery to your door. Because prescription medication cannot be re-dispensed to another patient once it leaves the pharmacy, refunds are issued only when your medication has not yet been dispensed.

1. Before your medication is dispensed

For a new consultation, you're not charged until a doctor reviews and approves your prescription. If you cancel before that decision is made, you simply aren't charged — there's nothing to refund.

For monthly refill cycles, your card is charged at the start of the cycle. If you cancel before the pharmacy fills and ships that order, the cycle's charge is fully refunded — the assessment, medication, and delivery portions are all included.

If you've decided to cancel, doing it before your review begins is best — it means no clinical time is spent on your file. You can restart your plan at any time.

2. Once your medication has shipped

Once your medication has shipped, that order is final. Prescription medication cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after it ships — this is a medication-safety requirement, not a store policy we can waive. The clinical-assessment and delivery portions of that charge are also non-refundable at that point.

3. How to request a refund

To cancel an upcoming charge or ask about a refund, sign in to your account and use Manage Plan, or email us at info@yourx.ca. Please allow 24–48 hours for our team to process cancellation or refund requests.
