No waiting room. No video call required. Cancel anytime. One monthly price covers your medication and doctor care; your exact price depends on the treatment option your doctor prescribes.
Delivery is free in most of Metro Vancouver and the Greater Toronto Area. Elsewhere, a delivery fee may apply depending on your postal code. You'll see it before you pay.
Flu treatment is different: you pay a one-time platform usage fee, with no monthly plan and no delivery. If a doctor approves your prescription, you print it and take it to any pharmacy.

Only the clinicians involved in your care and authorized operations staff can view your health details, and every access is logged. We collect the minimum we need, and we never sell your data.

The doctor will explain their decision in writing, and may ask follow-up questions or suggest an alternative where appropriate. You are only billed after a doctor approves treatment β if you are not approved, you are not charged.
