You are not eligible if you have:

- Severe kidney disease (on dialysis)

youRx is private pay β you pay the listed price directly, and we do not bill insurers on your behalf. However, many extended benefit plans reimburse prescription weight-loss medications. Keep your receipt and prescription summary, and submit them to your plan for reimbursement after purchase.
You'll receive a reminder before your supply runs out. Refills only require a short re-assessment form β no need to start over. Your refill assessment, doctor review, and medication are covered by that month's subscription fee β never billed as a separate extra.

If you'd rather use a pharmacy of your own choosing instead of one of our partner pharmacies, email support@yourx.ca with that pharmacy's name and location and we'll route your prescription there β this option is always free, with no extra charge. Note that the delivery speed and free-shipping arrangements we offer through our partner pharmacies are specific to those partners, so timelines and any shipping costs at your chosen pharmacy may differ.
