youRx is private pay — you pay the listed price directly, and we do not bill insurers on your behalf. However, many extended benefit plans reimburse prescription weight-loss medications. Keep your receipt and prescription summary, and submit them to your plan for reimbursement after purchase.

On the monthly weight-loss plan, you'll receive a reminder before your supply runs out. Refills only require a short re-assessment form — no need to start over. Your refill assessment, doctor review, and medication are covered by that month's subscription fee — never billed as a separate extra. Flu treatment is one-time, so it has no refills.

Yes. If you'd rather use a pharmacy of your own choosing instead of one of our partner pharmacies, email support@yourx.ca with that pharmacy's name and location and we'll route your prescription there — this option is always free, with no extra charge. Note that the delivery speed and free-shipping arrangements we offer through our partner pharmacies are specific to those partners, so timelines and any shipping costs at your chosen pharmacy may differ. No. If a manufacturer savings card applies to your weight-loss medication, the price you see at checkout already includes it — our partner pharmacy applies for and uses it for you when filling your prescription. You don't need to apply for one or send us your own card. Flu prescriptions are filled at the pharmacy you choose, not by our partner pharmacy, so we don't apply a savings card for you.
